These strategies lowered annual energy costs by over $500,000 per year. We also brought the building up to date to retain and attract tenants and enable it to compete effectively with newer properties.

In yet another case, by retro-commissioning the mechanical and control systems of a facility, we reduced the annual energy spend for our customer by over 28 percent. We simultaneously improved comfort levels based on occupant surveys.
